The FST FSW1300 industrial tunnel freezer is designed for continuous, high-volume freezing of fish, seafood, poultry, meat portions, dumplings and other prepared foods.
A straight stainless steel mesh belt transports products through a 23.5-meter insulated freezing tunnel. Adjustable conveyor speed provides a freezing time of 10–50 minutes, allowing the equipment to accommodate foods with different sizes, thicknesses and inlet temperatures.
This straight-through food tunnel freezer is suitable for production plants that require stable output, continuous conveying and direct connection with upstream and downstream equipment.
Products are loaded onto a food-grade stainless steel mesh belt and carried through the insulated freezing chamber. Cold air circulates around the food while the conveyor speed determines the residence time inside the tunnel.
Compared with batch freezing, continuous tunnel freezing reduces repeated loading and unloading. The horizontal conveyor layout also simplifies connection with grading, preparation, glazing, weighing, packaging and cold-storage systems.
The final production capacity depends on the actual product dimensions, thickness, weight, inlet temperature and required outlet temperature.
