Main Features
Individual Quick Freezing
Strong airflow fluidization keeps French fries suspended and dispersed on the mesh belt to realize IQF individual quick freezing. It features fast freezing speed and completely non-sticking products, which facilitates subsequent packaging and frying processes.
Suitable for High-temperature French Fries Process
For high-temperature French fries after frying, a pre-cooler or air cooling line can be equipped at the front of the freezer. The products are rapidly cooled first before entering the freezing tunnel, which protects the refrigeration unit and improves freezing quality and operational stability.
