Industrial plate freezer is a high-efficiency contact type food freezing equipment, mainly divided into shelf type plate freezer and hydraulic type plate freezer, which is specially designed for shaping and quick freezing of fish, meat, shrimp and other aquatic & meat products. All specifications support fully non-standard customization, we can customize the freezing plate size flexibly according to the actual product dimensions and production needs of customers.
This contact plate freezer adopts direct contact freezing technology, with refrigerant circulating directly inside the high thermal conductivity aluminum freezing plates, realizing fast and even heat exchange. The whole machine structure is made of food-grade stainless steel, hygienic, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, fully meeting international food safety standards, while the dedicated aluminum freezing plates ensure superior freezing efficiency.
It features stable and reliable freezing temperature control: the working temperature of the plate freezer is -35℃, with product inlet temperature at 10℃ and finished product outlet temperature at -18℃, which can quickly pass through the maximum ice crystal formation zone, perfectly preserving the texture, shape and nutrition of frozen products, especially suitable for shaping and freezing of fish fillets, whole fish, various meats and shrimps.
Production capacity is fully customizable based on actual production cycles, we can design targeted freezing output according to 3-hour per batch or 4-hour per batch freezing cycles, perfectly matching the intermittent and continuous production needs of food processing plants, aquatic product processing factories, meat processing enterprises and central kitchens.
