FSK1 Blast freezer design plan
We need a small portable blast freezer to freeze around 1 ton of lemon juice in bags of 1 kg , the bag size is 18 cm x 25 cm and we need it to freeze in around 6 hours
The client choose blast freezer ,
the product inter/out temperature :+20-25/-10 ℃
The plastic tray size :60*40*25cm 30kg/tray
About 30 tray per 6hour
2. Equipment selection
1. Blast freezer used double-sided stainless steel steel polyurethane sandwich panels,
150mm thick，Unit volume:38-42KG/m³,steel plate thick:δ 0.5mm
PU adopts eccentric hook connection method, flat-fell seam to play four glue, process the hole or Angle of foam tank seam.
3. Refrigerator door insulation: track manual shift gate, doorway dimensions: height × width: 2000 × 1200mm . Door thickness: δ150mm；doors with safety door locking device, can open the door to escape the library
4. Door material：Stainless steel plate，Polyurethane foam insulation material，The density of polyurethane：40±2kg/m³
3. Refrigeration equipment
1.Refrigeration unit：Bitzer S6H-20.2Y compressor；
2.Condenser：Evapotative type condenser for compressor unit
3.Evaporator：Selection of ceiling type air cooler。Air cooling machine adopts aluminum tube aluminum fin，Steel plate spraying.
4. Refrigeration valves ： Danfoss 、Castel、ALCO、FSK Well-known brands
