Our FYL 1000 cooked food spiral cooler is a purpose-built industrial cooling solution for high-temperature pouch pre-cooling in packaged food production. Engineered to meet stringent global food safety standards, this system delivers continuous, high-capacity cooling for pre-cooked food pouches, consistently reducing product temperature from +80℃ to +40℃. It accommodates both 150gr single doypacks (140W × 185L × 40Thk mm) and 150gr dual-compartment doypacks (140W × 185L × 40Thk mm), with a rated processing capacity of 1000kg per hour to support large-scale food production lines. The system uses a top-to-bottom spiral workflow within a fully enclosed cooling chamber, eliminating external contamination risks and making it ideal for food processing enterprises with strict hygiene and efficiency requirements.
