Blast freezer Equipment selection
1. Blast freezer used double-sided stainless steel steel polyurethane sandwich panels,
150mm thick，Unit volume:38-42KG/m⊃3;,steel plate thick:δ 0.5mm
PU adopts eccentric hook connection method, flat-fell seam to play four glue, process the hole or Angle of foam tank seam.
3. Refrigerator door insulation: track manual shift gate, doorway dimensions: height × width: 2200 × 900mm . Door thickness: δ150mm；doors with safety door locking device, can open the door to escape the library
4. Door material：Stainless steel plate，Polyurethane foam insulation material，The density of polyurethane：40±2kg/m⊃3;

2.Condenser：Evapotative type condenser for compressor unit
3.Evaporator：Selection of ceiling type air cooler。Air cooling machine adopts aluminum tube aluminum fin，Steel plate spraying.
